keys2drive
This is the first stage of keys2drive.
We have built the basics of a program to help new drivers avoid
harm in their first six months on P's. This becomes the foundation
for a lifetime of safe driving.
Learning about the keys2drive
program
The keys2drive program is all about
learning. We provide the free session and the website to help
beginning drivers, supervisors and instructors learn. And the
program also learns about itself. Our approach to helping beginning
drivers will be tested and improved continuously.
Pilot testing
The first step in testing was to trial
the program in Tasmania. Having been succesful in Tasmania,
the program rolled out further to Victoria and New South Wales.
Free sessions are currently being
offered by accredited instructors in all three states.
What will happen next?
keys2drive is in the process of
rolling out across the rest of Australia and will soon be available
in every State and Territory.
In the meantime, a lot more content on
this website is being developed.
